Over the past few years, we’ve given away more than 300,000 seedlings across the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. What began as a simple initiative to encourage greener living quickly became something far more powerful, a way for families, neighbours, and communities to reconnect with nature and with each other.
Now, we’re preparing to plant a seed; quite literally, here in the UK.
Coming Soon: A Monthly Seedling Giveaway
In the coming months, on the first Saturday of each month, we will be making free seedlings available to members of our local community.
All seedlings will be sourced from local growers, supporting regional horticulture while encouraging households to grow their own plants, herbs, vegetables, or pollinator-friendly gardens.
This initiative is currently in preparation, and we look forward to sharing full details, locations, and launch dates very soon.
A Simple Idea with Lasting Impact
This is not just about gardening.
It’s about wellbeing, sustainability, and shared responsibility.
Why Seedlings?
In a fast-moving world, something as simple as planting and nurturing a seed can:
- Encourage mindfulness and reduce stress
- Promote healthier eating habits
- Create opportunities for family bonding
- Support biodiversity and pollinator populations
- Strengthen local community ties
Growing something from the soil up reminds us that positive change takes time, care, and consistency.
